A Nationally Award Winning Staff

The Low Vision Centers of Indiana is a division of the Eye Associates Group, LLC. Throughout the years our dedicated doctors and staff have received thirty-nine state and national awards. Our success in innovative low vision rehabilitation, bioptic driving and stroke/head injury vision rehabilitation has been made possible only by such an outstanding staff.

Doctors from our practice have twice received the American Optometric Association's "National Optometrist of the Year Award", an award to that time given only thirty-eight times in the history of our profession. We remain the only practice to twice receive this honor. Additionally, doctors from our practice have twice been appointed a “Distinguished Practitioners” of the National Academy of Practice, an honor limited to the one hundred and fifty most distinguished doctors and scholars in each major health profession in the United States.
